Captain Meriwether Lewis paddle wheeler weathering on the banks of the Missouri River.
On the West bank of the Missouri River at Brownville, Nebraska there sits an old paddlewheeler dredge ship. It is safely situated on a “dry dock”
It was very interesting to see the huge paddle wheels on each side and the gigantic dredging equipment on the bow.
Markings indicate the ship is owned by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
